  Lisa has been practicing Personal and Group Training for over 11 years, has both undergraduate and graduate degrees and is certified through the gold standard, the American College of Sports Medicine, as a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Cancer Exercise Trainer. Her practice focuses on helping clients of all ages, from school-aged children to seniors, to attain their personal health and fitness goals by providing them with a personalized approach to safe and effective means of exercise and applying the fundamental principles of exercise science. 

In addition to other clients, Lisa specializes in meeting the needs of cancer survivors, and with medical clearance can train survivors at any point during their treatment continuum and beyond. By providing a thorough assessment and testing and with careful guidance, progression and leadership, Lisa enables clients to return to a safe and healthy state of fitness as a cancer survivor. 

Additionally, Lisa is certified to instruct many other forms of group exercise classes, including but not limited to SPIN, TRX, Kettlebells, ViPRs, etc. Lisa is fully insured and trains in both a private gym as well as a public recreation center.
